{ONE} - Halloween Costumes

My big kids' costumes have arrived and I'm so much more excited for Halloween!

Brayden is being Kylo Ren from Star Wars (why oh why did he pick this creepy guy is beyond me)

And Ella is being Little Red Riding Hood - (FYI, this costume is awesome material if anyone is interested in purchasing!)

{TWO} Halloween Home Tour

Speaking of Halloween, I shared a peak into our home earlier this week - check out our decorated house here

{THREE} - Harvest Sign

I also shared an easy and cheap DIY this week - you can see it here

{FOUR} - Favorite Recipes

Some of my favorite bloggers shared some amazing recipes this week - you all should check them out if you haven't!

Lindsay's Sweet World: Cheesy Chicken & Rice with Green Beans:

Mummy Pumpkin Hand Pies. Adorable pumpkin pie filled treats that the kids (and adults) love.

{FIVE} Wreath

I'm on the hunt for the perfect wreath to go over my new antiqued window - which do you like??

Signature Magnolia Wreath

Have a great weekend!

  1. I just checked out your post on the Harvest sign, and I am in love! I am going to make one of these probably Monday, my next day off =)
Thanks for sharing my pumpkin bread recipe =)
I hope you have a great weekend!!!

  2. Happy Friday! Enjoy your day together. We are still waiting on my older son's costume to come and finalizing my husbands (yes, we do family costumes). I like the first or third wreath. All of those yummy pumpkin recipes are making me want to do some baking this weekend! Beautifully Candid

  3. I still want to make those handpies. They look really good. And I still need to pick up a wreath this weekend. Thanks for the reminder.

  4. That Star Wars character is definitely creepy! Jacob is going to be a Storm Trooper and he told me that he only wanted to be that because they get to carry guns. Boys will be boys, I guess. Too bad we don't live close together so they could trick or treat together as a theme. Haha!

And thank you for the shout out! Have a great weekend! XO

  5. I like wreath number 2.
And thanks for sharing my dip. :) Enjoy your weekend!

  6. Love the Halloween decor, and that Little Red Riding Hood costume is adorable.

  7. Oh man How can you possibly pick a wreath?! They are all 3 so great. Thanks for sharing my recipe!

  8. So nice to have a day off school and work! Mason had Monday the 3rd off and it was glorious! He gets out early on Friday and I couldn’t be more excited. I do not like sharing my sweet boy with school. Those costumes are great. How fun. I didn’t have any time this weekend to make my Harvest sign, but it’s still on my list of things to do! Hope you had a good weekend!
