Confessions {8.25.16}

Happy Thursday!  It's time for some confessions!

I confess.....

That although I miss Brayden so much while he's at school, it's kind of nice too.  Brayden is my child who I have to constantly entertain and sometimes it can be downright exhausting.  But my girls? They are so chill and don't require constant entertaining.  I'm kind of liking not getting yelled at for doing the dishes #firstkidproblems

We are probably done having kids and that makes me SO sad. I mean who knows what the future holds but this is where we are at right now.  The thought that I'll never be pregnant or have another little baby of my own to snuggle and hold is alot to process.  I feel us moving into the next season of life with our kids but will forever miss the baby season

I really don't understand how I cannot lose weight or tone up (stomach area specifically) I work out 5 days a week with a mix of cardio and strength training and I can't even explain how frustrating it is to not see results.  It's not like I eat like sh*t either - I am pretty clean with the exception of the weekend and even then I don't overdue it that much.

I am probably way too invested in Bachelor in Paradise. I think the hubby is too.  I really felt for Vinny this week.  This is probably a sign I need to get out more.

Writing thank you cards for the girls' party is the last thing I want to do right now, but I know I need to get on it

I think that's enough for today! See you back tomorrow for some Friday Favorites :)

  1. I feel you on not being able to lose weight! I wish it were as easy as it was in college!

  2. Girl, B and I are loving some Bachelor in Paradise as well! Poor Vinny!! I felt terrible for him as well! :o(

  3. Post-college, the only time my stomach ever got toned is when I lived off of plain chicken/salad/oatmeal/protein shakes and worked out way more than any person should ever work out. I had no life. It's not worth it to me, so I've just accepted my stomach now that I'm a mom. I'm obviously hoping to work out once this baby is born and get it looking semi-decent again, but I'm over the obsessing. I don't know how some people can get nice stomachs without spending ALL of their free time working out - I am certainly not one of them though!

  4. I love BIP so much too. Way too invested!!! But it's a small pleasure in life. I workout 4 days a week and I am not seeing much results either. Sucks. I feel we are at plateaus right now.

  5. This is so inspiring! I love the post:)
