Now on to our weekly recap
Monday = grocery shopping/errands day and without fail, Avery cried at every store we went to. Like, I don't get it!? I bring tons of snacks, little toys with us to try and prevent this but it doesn't help. It's always the best when both girls start crying :)
When Avery napped me and this girl played a bunch of board games, she is a little bit of a sore loser though, we need to work on this :)
The bigger kids usually wake before Avery so whenever she gets up, they go into her room and into her crib - kids, they are so strange but so cute
Tuesday we were lazy - we had a movie day and watched wouldn't you know it, Frozen
Wednesday we met up friends at the Carousel Room and of course the girls had a blast!
Ella practiced her tennis while Avery napped and then we all headed outside once Brayden got home and finished his homework
Wednesday night Brayden had swimming and he was looking WAY too big blow drying his hair
Ella practiced applying lipstick...
And Avery had so much fun with the water table. It's like her favorite thing right now
Thursday after school, we headed back to swimming for a make up class.
Thursday night the hubby had to work on a table he's making for his sister so I took the kids to the park to get out of his hair and enjoy the nice weather
Friday we met up with some friends and went to the park - then it was home for more outside play!
I scored this slide for $1 last year at a garage sale - best dollar I ever spent! |

Saturday night we ended up at the mall just to walk around with the kids. My Mom ended up coming with and we had fun, although the mall on a Saturday night is definitely not my #1 choice....it was crazy packed
The kids LOVE throwing coins and trying to make it in the alligators mouth
Sunday morning the hubs was working on building a step outside our back door and the kids all colored nicely while I made my grocery list - Avery's smile just melts my heart!!
When I got home I took the kids for a walk/bike ride since the hubs was still working outside
Avery was so cute! She had to be helping Rick at all times
That was our week! Now it's time to do it all over again :)
Love that hashtag free labor LOL! Sounds like a really fun and active week for you guys! xo, Biana -BlovedBoston

I make my shopping list while scrolling through Pinterest too!!! And that cafe looks really cool in your mall. My kids would be all about that! then they wouldn't want to leave and would throw fits. :-)
ReplyDeleteI make my grocery list the same way! haha! Sounds like a great week!
ReplyDeleteOh, so you watched Frozen again? What does that make? 12,764,987 times? Oh em gee! Why do our kids pick that one every single time?! Before long, I'll be able to act it out for them and we won't even need the movie. Lol.
