I saw this meme yesterday and it made LOL so hard! Especially because I did head to Trader Joe's yesterday for my favorite wine!

{ONE} - Bagel Recipe
I saw Stephanie post about these bagels on IG last week so I headed right over to Skinnytaste to check them out for myself! I think she made the 2 ingredient ones but I ended up making the 5 ingredient and OMG THEY ARE AMAZING!! Hubby and I agree, these are our new favorite bagels and I don't think I'll eat one from a bag again! (or at least not that often) I had some Tastefully Simple spices that I used on top but you can use whatever you like!
{TWO} - Bows, bows, bows!
I'm always browsing Etsy, it's one of my favorite sites. I came across this shop with the most darling bows/clips/headbands! Seriously, I want them all!

{THREE} - New Top
I've been being soooooooo good about shopping lately but I had a Nordstrom gift card burning a hole in my wallet! I've been eyeing this peplum top for a while now and was so glad it's still 40% off!! I got the white but would love it in every color!!
{FOUR} - Making Valentine's Day Special
I shared a few ways I try and make Valentine's Day special for my kids earlier this week - if you missed it, you can check it out here
One of the most popular things was these little mailboxes from the Target dollar spot!
{FIVE} - Sign
I am swooning over this sign - thinking maybe I can DIY it?!

Hope everyone has a great weekend! Ours will be filled with snow and more snow, Brayden's last basketball game and a birthday party!
I heard on the radio the Chicago area had a snow day today. Why they announced it on the radio over here, who knows lol. I never thought to make my own bagels but they look so good! I love the idea of the Valentine mailboxes. Enjoy the snow day and have a great weekend!! Sierra~Beautifully Candid
ReplyDeleteYep, girl, over here in Indiana, were in the thick of it, they canceled everything last night for today including my husbands company but he got in his big ole raptor after snow blowing and went in. LOVE those mailboxes. I get them at Christmas for our mail lady. Just ordered a 2x2 foot “Let’s Stay In” sign from Etsy, can’t wait to get it. Stay cozy and have fun this weekend!
ReplyDeleteI guess we are not getting the same snow you got, yay for a Friday snow day! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteThose mailboxes are SO adorable! And as soon as we see a snowflake on the forecast, we head straight to the package store too haha!
ReplyDeleteOk you sold me on making the bagels no sweet them on her site and now I want to make them. I love that sign. I need that too. Ha. I hope you don’t get too much snow. Stay safe and have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteThose bagels look delist. Love the peplum tops and am trying to find one that I love and fits. I'm loving all the word signs and boards for decor these days.
ReplyDeleteI love hearing that you liked those bagels. I use 2 ingredients so that I have less to worry about point wise! But yes... so good, right? I am going to use that dough tonight to make pizzas.
ReplyDeleteSo fun that you had a snow day!! Did you make the bagels in the oven or an air fryer? I want to try them!
