What's for Dinner

Happy Wednesday! Today I'm sharing some more tried and true dinner recipes we've been eating lately

On my quest to eat healthier, I've been substituting spaghetti squash for pasta and actually, it hasn't been that bad. So when my family is eating pasta, I am eating spaghetti squash. This recipe is super yummy and super easy!

Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Spaghetti Squash is only 314 calories per servings, extremely delicious, and super easy to make! Add this to your healthy recipes list right now!:

Remember Tuna Casserole by Hamburger Helper? I use to be obsessed with that stuff. Well it turns out it's not that great for you (boo) so I've been making a healthier version for years now. This recipe is a family favorite!

OLD FASHIONED TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE - Simple to make, so good! Easy to adapt to your taste!! Old School comfort food at its best! Egg noddles in a delicious creamy mushroom soup sauce tossed with tuna, sauteed onions, peas and cheddar cheese, topped with crushed potato chips then baked to perfection...just like grandma used make. Old school comfort food!!

I can't remember if I've already shared this and I'm too lazy to look back and see. Anyway, if I have, sorry but you're seeing it again. Don't worry, it's that good!! I've made this several times now and I love the fact that it's so easy and soooooooooooo yummy! Pair it with a toasted bagel and it's perfect!

This Panera Copycat Broccoli Cheese Soup will be the BEST soup you make this season!! The reviews speak for themselves!!:

We love Mexican food around here and this dish is another family favorite! \

Cheesy chicken enchilada casserole:

I love making home made pizza but we don't do it as often as I would like.  We tried this recipe out though and it was a huge hit with the hubs and I! The kiddos are boring so they just eat cheese pizza when we eat the good stuff :)

I hope you find something to try out, they are all so good!!

I won't be blogging tomorrow since I'm having my hernia surgery but I hope to be back Friday for my Friday Favorites!

  1. These are exactly the kind of recipes that my family loves! I just thought yesterday without making a tuna noodle casserole because a lady at work was talking about her daughter eating the three cans of tuna she had sitting out for a casserole, ha ha. Great recipes girl and I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!

  5. So many tasty options here! We made stuffed spaghetti squash not too long ago and it came out really good. If it wasn't so time consuming I would make it more often. That pizza looks so good too! Beautifully Candid

  11. I am so hungry looking at this food. Love a good enchilada casserole. I am not a fan of tuna casserole, but my husband would love that.
